Back to Canada:

So all good comics have some crazy genious so that's what I've gone and done. I am of course placing SK as the crazy one. Lets see how this one turns out.

So here is how my US Thanksgiving weekend went. It started on Tuesday when I headed home. My coworker who is kind of in charge of our part of the project decided we could end early. This meant I got on the road at about 7pm, 6pm central time. I picked up the audio version of the Princess Bride the night before so after I crossed the border, I popped it in and got comfortable. I have read the book in Highschool and let me tell you, this was like the cliffnotes version of the book. It was two tapes, two sides and missed about 50% of the actual book. There were a bunch of different things but basically it sounded like they removed a lot of the parts to keep from having 10+ tapes. Mostly I was disappointed. With stops, I pulled into my place at about 11:20pm central time. 5 hours and 20 minutes...HOLY CRAP!!! Typically it takes a bit over 6 hours to do the 340ish mile trip. Assuming 80 MPH that you can do throughout Michigan, that says 4 Hrs 15 Min, but going through Illinois requires travel through Chicago and typically takes 2 hours alone. In any case, it was fast and that is good.

On to Wednesday, I spent the morning getting a haircut, fixing my bank account and atm card, printing stuff out nd making CDs of my portfolio. Barely an hour and a half before my interview, I got on the road and made it 20 minutes before I was supposed to be there. I waited about 15 minutes in the waiting area before the guy came out and welcomed me to the meeting room. We sat for about an hour fifteen talking about stuff. He kept cutting me off and I let him cause, well, he could be my new boss. In the end, I thought it went really well but I guess there were supposed to be more people there and so he's going to call me back sometime this week. I stopped by my future parent-in-laws place to pick up the fiancee on the way back to my place.

Next day, Thanksgiving, and we didnt wake till noon. My sister came and got us around 4ish and we headed to my uncles place. We we're there very long, only a couple hours, and I feel bad about that.

Friday, to the future in-laws again and I got to hang out with 5 chicks for the entire evening. It was fun and I learned quite a number of things I didn't know before. There were only two of us who weren't virgins(I am one and my fiancee is not the other[I've been a good boy]). All the girls have black lingerie. And my fiancees most embarassing moment was when her date stood her up at prom. I say date because it wasn't a guy... O_O.

Saturday, shopping. Sunday, getting ready to head back to Canada and getting prepared for the interview at 8am. Anyway, I want to go to bed, so I am signing off. Catch ya later peeps.

EDIT: Apparently BO doesn't recognize that at midnight on the day the comic posts isn't a good time to post a new message. People hardly catch it and if I weren't awake at 2am, I wouldn't have either. Pick up your act B-man, when you post a two-fer, that means I do too :P.

Those wacky, wacky Danes:

If you are going to build one of those, THIS is a good place to start.

Just remember, the Heisenberg compensator has more than one use! So many fun things could be done with one...

Also, if you are going to build one, feel free to drop by. Bring Burn along, too. Just don't teleport into the wall. I am not sure what will happen, but I am sure it won't be good.

Harumph:

I recognize perfectly. I merely choose to be mysterious. Besides, you were behind schedule. :P

It would help if I could read the comic and your rant BEFORE it gets published. :)

But I can't. Evil.

Why do I think a Teleported built by SK will end up having a "start" button that does something like this? He's an engineer after all. They don't take the easy route. :)
